We're a commercial real estate technology platform building AI-driven products for the industry. Small team, fast pace, high ownership.

THE ROLE

You own product end to end, from roadmap through shipped features people actually use. You work as closely with marketing as you do with engineering, because building a feature is only half the job. The other half is adoption. You turn vision into clear specs, drive the dev team, ship, then own whether users actually pick it up.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• The product roadmap and the priorities behind it
• Clear specs and PRDs the dev team builds from without guesswork
• Feature adoption. You own whether shipped features get used, and you work hand in hand with marketing to drive activation and adoption
• Product-led growth: the full path from signup to active, paying user
• The AI product surface: you design and ship AI-powered features that make CRE workflows dramatically faster and smarter
• The weekly product cycle: prioritize, ship, measure adoption, iterate
• Product analytics. You make every call off real usage data

ABSOLUTE REQUIREMENTS (non-negotiable)

• CRE acquisitions experience. You come from the deal side of commercial real estate: acquisitions, financing, transactions, capital. This is the one thing you can't learn fast, so it's the hard line. Property management experience does not count here.
• Very strong in AI. You're a hands-on AI power user who builds with modern AI tools every day. If AI is not second nature to you, this is not your role.

STRONG PLUS

• Startup experience, ideally owning product
• Lending or capital markets background
• Experience driving product adoption alongside a marketing team
• Product-led or freemium growth experience

You move fast, you hold strong opinions, and you have zero tolerance for filler.

Location: Miami, FL (on-site). Reports to the CEO.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
