We’re excited to introduce a pivotal leadership role connecting our advanced utility-scale solutions with diverse markets across South-Eastern Europe, Central and Eastern Europe, and CIS. As Head of Product Management Utility, you will be at the forefront of shaping our regional product strategy and driving impact across a highly dynamic energy landscape. - Define and execute the regional product strategy for utility-scale solutions aligned with business goals across SEE, CEE, and CIS
- Translate market needs, regulatory requirements, and customer feedback into clear product roadmaps
- Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and global product teams to deliver competitive and scalable solutions
- Drive product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies for diverse regional markets
- Lead and develop a high-performing regional product management team
- Act as a key interface between regional stakeholders and headquarters to ensure alignment and continuous improvement
Your profile

- Degree in engineering, energy systems, business, or a related field
- Several years of experience in product management within utility-scale energy, renewables, or power infrastructure
- Strong understanding of energy markets, regulatory environments, and grid requirements across SEE, CEE, and CIS
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide regional teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- English and Greek at C1 level required;
