About the role
We are looking for an HR Generalist with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition to support end-to-end recruitment and key HR operations across the entire employee lifecycle. The role will act as the right hand to the Head of HR, providing trusted operational support and helping drive HR priorities across the organization.
Onboarding
- Support the successful integration of new employees through orientation, training, goal setting and ongoing support.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage recruitment processes from vacancy intake and job posting to sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing and offer management.
- Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines aligned with business needs.
- Ensure professional communication and a positive candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders to define requirements, align on recruitment processes and timelines and ensure an efficient hiring process.
- Support continuous improvement of HR and Talent Acquisition processes and represent Romania in the global process expert team on Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding.
Training Administration
- Coordinate training activities, including planning, logistics, registration and effectiveness evaluations.
HR Administration & Data Management
- Maintain employee data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support HR administration, payroll preparation, reporting and documentation.
Process Compliance & Reporting
- Follow standardized HR and TA processes, ensure data accuracy and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track recruitment metrics, pipeline status and hiring risks while providing market insights.
- University degree in Sociology/ Psychology / Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- In-depth practical experience in recruitment activities including intake, sourcing, screening, shortlisting and initial interviews.
- Strong digital and systems affinity, with experience in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, SAP Success Factors and Microsoft Copilot, or a strong willingness and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- English (Intermediate–Advanced).
- Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, structured, reliable, and able to work closely with different stakeholders across the organization
