About Hypewell
Hypewell is a Los Angeles performance marketing agency building its own AI operating system, HypeOS. Our team uses AI every day to manage campaigns, automate workflows, and build software for brands around the world.
We're looking for someone obsessed with quality, organization, and making systems better.
What You'll Do
Every day you'll help improve both HypeOS and our agency operations.
Software Quality
- Test new HypeOS features before release
- Try to break workflows and report bugs
- Record Loom videos explaining issues
- Verify bug fixes after developers complete them
- Test desktop and mobile experiences
- Maintain QA checklists
Operations
- Monitor HypeOS dashboards
- Verify AI-generated tasks are accurate
- Organize internal documentation
- Improve SOPs
- Review project status
- Keep internal workflows organized
AI
- Test our AI agents
- Verify outputs meet quality standards
- Suggest workflow improvements
- Help train and improve internal AI systems
Documentation
- Create step-by-step SOPs
- Update internal knowledge base
- Document bugs and solutions
- Maintain process documentation
Requirements
- Excellent written English
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Enjoy finding problems
- Comfortable using AI tools
- Fast learner
- Organized
- Reliable internet connection
- Experience with Notion, ClickUp, Slack, or similar tools is a plus
Bonus Skills
- Basic HTML/CSS
- Basic JavaScript
- QA testing experience
- Marketing agency experience
- Shopify familiarity
- Meta Ads familiarity
- Experience using ChatGPT or Claude daily
Success Looks Like
After 90 days:
- HypeOS releases contain fewer bugs
- Internal documentation is always current
- Bugs are clearly documented with reproduction steps
- AI workflows improve every week
- The team spends less time fixing preventable issues
