WHAT WE OFFER
- The starting salary for this role is £28,120 per annum pro rata, based on skills and experience.
- Full Time: 39 Hours working 5 days per week including evenings and alternate weekends.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
- You are someone who listens to the customer needs and offers innovative solutions to meet them.
- You are someone who enjoys working on your own initiative with the autonomy to manage your diary of appointments.
- You have experience working with a variety of computer programmes including Microsoft Office suite and Planning Tools.
- You enjoying following home furnishing trends and customer buying behaviors to provide relevant solutions to our customers.
For insurance purposes applicants for this role need to be over the age of 25 & have held a drivers licence for 2 years+.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
- You will be responsible for the full customer experience from booking the first appointment, planning and through to payment being taken.
- You will engage with our customers in their homes identifying their needs, inspiring and advising them on the best solutions for their life at home.
- You will keep yourself up to date on IKEA Services and Product Range to offer solutions and services that meet customer needs.
- You will bring the ambience, inspiration and quality of the IKEA showroom directly into customer's homes.
- You will work closely with sales targets and other KPI's.
