Implementation Consultant

MediRecords is an Australian cloud-based healthcare software company providing electronic medical record systems, telehealth integration, and patient management platforms for clinics and hospitals.

An Implementation Consultant works closely with healthcare organizations to deploy the MediRecords platform, ensuring a smooth transition from existing systems to the cloud-based electronic health record solution. The role combines project management, client training, and technical configuration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects for new healthcare clients.
• Configure MediRecords software to meet clinical and operational requirements.
• Coordinate data migration from legacy healthcare systems.
• Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Deliver onsite and virtual training for clinicians and administrative staff.
• Work with project managers and software engineers to resolve implementation issues.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure successful system go-live.
• Prepare implementation documentation and user guides.
• Provide post-implementation support and recommend workflow improvements.
• Ensure implementations comply with Australian healthcare privacy and security regulations.

Pay: From $9,000.00 per month
