Under the direction of the Enterprise Production and Application Support Services, Information Technology Manager I (ITM I), the Information Technology Specialist (ITS) II functions as the technical expert for all activities associated with the development, implementation, and support of the Department of Consumer Affair's enterprise-wide information technology systems used by various DCA client programs. The incumbent is responsible for resolving complex system and interface issues: coordinating with technical staff, business stakeholders, vendors, and external partners; and ensuring system reliability and operational continuity.

Working Conditions
- This position may/may not be eligible for telework. The amount of telework is at the discretion of the Office of Information Services (OIS) and based on the current telework policy. While the OIS supports telework where possible, in-person attendance may be required based on operational needs. Employees are expected to be able to report to their worksite with minimal notification if an urgent need arises, as determined by the Department.
