Ingénieur Chargé de validation - Embedded Systems

Within the project, your main responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, business, and other stakeholders) as well as external suppliers to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Organizing and facilitating project follow-up meetings to ensure effective synchronization of activities and deliverables.
• Identifying, managing, and resolving dependencies across teams and stakeholders.
• Defining, structuring, and maintaining technical specifications in close collaboration with engineering teams.
• Ensuring the clarity, consistency, and traceability of technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Reviewing and validating specifications with stakeholders to ensure full alignment with business and functional requirements.
• Acting as the primary interface between internal technical teams and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Ensuring clear, transparent, and effective communication across all involved parties.
• Proactively identifying and removing obstacles that may impact project progress and delivery timelines.
• Driving pragmatic problem-solving initiatives to maintain project momentum and delivery commitments.
• Facilitating collaboration and decision-making by fostering effective communication and alignment between teams.

Holding a Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Embedded Systems or a related field, you have proven experience in V&V, particularly HIL validation.

• Strong knowledge of technical specifications and project management methodologies.
• Good mastery of the V-Cycle and HIL testing/validation.
• Knowledge of ISO 26262.
• Strong automotive industry background.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
