Key Responsibiliti

• esConduct training needs assessments and job-task analyses to identify learning and performance gap
• s.Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced eLearning program
• s.Create engaging eLearning content using Articulate 36
• 0.Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to define learning objectives and develop course conten
• t.Develop training curricula, module objectives, job aids, and supporting learning material
• s.Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to create effective learning experience
• s.Design evaluation strategies to measure training effectiveness and recommend improvement
• s.Review learner feedback, assessments, and program metrics to continuously enhance training program
