[Internship] Technical Operations Intern

1. Technical Facility Operations

• Participate in daily workplace walkthroughs to identify facility issues and improvement opportunities.
• Support employee access card issuance and access right management system,
• Support daily operation of building engineering systems including HVAC, Electrical systems, Fire Safety systems, Security systems (CCTV, Access Control)
• Follow up facility service requests and coordinate with service providers for timely resolution.
• Support utility monitoring, including electricity and water consumption.

2. Preventive Maintenance

• Assist in planning and tracking preventive maintenance activities.
• Follow up corrective maintenance works carried out by contractors.
• Help maintain maintenance records and equipment documentation.
• Participate in basic troubleshooting and technical inspections with Facility Engineers

3. HSE & Contractor Management

• Contractor coordination during maintenance and daily activities.
• Work Permit administration and site safety monitoring.
• Risk assessment documentation and contractor safety compliance.
• Safety inspections and workplace housekeeping initiatives.

4. Facility Data & Reporting

• Update maintenance logs, equipment inventories and technical documents.
• Prepare facility reports
• Assist during internal facility assessments and compliance reviews.

5. Project & Improvement Support

• Support office fit-out and workplace improvement initiatives.
• Assist in workstation setup and office modifications.
• Coordinate project progress with internal stakeholders and contractors.
• Contribute ideas for improving workplace efficiency and employee experience

• Majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Building Services, Industrial Engineering
• Curious, proactive and willing to learn.
• Positive thinking and result oriented
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent English communication and Microsoft Office.
