Investment Sector | Network Operations Center Engineer

• Deliver Level 1/2 technical support for the network and security infrastructures of multiple entities, ensuring the continuity and reliability of Euronext's business operations.
• Monitor, maintain, and support critical network and system infrastructures to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Provide technical support in a 24/7 operational environment, working in rotating shifts to cover market operational hours.
• Monitor infrastructure using platforms such as Grafana, LogicMonitor, LibreNMS, or similar tools.
• Troubleshoot network and infrastructure issues across multi-vendor environments.
• Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with teams across multiple Euronext locations to ensure operational excellence and continuous service availability.
• Contribute to maintaining a stable, secure, and high-performing production environment.

• Experience working in a Network Operations Center (NOC), Systems Operations Center, or a similar technical support environment.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure monitoring tools such as Grafana, LogicMonitor, LibreNMS, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, PTP/NTP, OSPF, BGP, and MPLS.
• Experience troubleshooting complex network environments.
• Knowledge of multi-vendor networking technologies, including Juniper, Cisco, Arista, Check Point, and Fortinet.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work in a rotating 24/7 shift environment supporting business-critical operations
