Note: This is NOT a ServiceNow Developer role. The client is looking for candidates with hands-on device provisioning and depot operations experience (laptops, tablets, shipping, imaging, and deployment), not ServiceNow ITAM developers.Required Skills

• 2–6 years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Depot Provisioning.
• Hands-on experience provisioning Windows and macOS laptops/desktops.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, SCCM, and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
• Experience imaging, configuring, deploying, refreshing, and decommissioning devices.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM/ITSM for asset tracking and ticket management.
• Experience with inventory management, asset lifecycle, shipping, and receiving.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and operating system issues.
• Good communication and customer support skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provision, configure, and deploy Windows and macOS laptops and tablets.
• Perform imaging, software installation, device enrollment, and quality checks.
• Ship and receive IT equipment for end users.
• Track assets using ServiceNow ITAM/ITSM.
• Maintain inventory and asset lifecycle documentation.
• Support Autopilot, Intune, SCCM, and MDM device enrollment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and provisioning issues.
• Coordinate with logistics teams for device distribution and returns.
• Ensure compliance with IT asset management processes.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
