About the role
The Opportunity:
A dedicated Business Analyst is essential to ensure that our back-office platforms, such as finance, HR, procurement, and other operational systems, are fully optimized to support organizational efficiency and strategic growth. As we begin to focus on these systems and continue to expand them in complexity, the lack of a focused analyst leads to fragmented processes, unclear requirements, and increased risk during system enhancements or integrations. A Business Analyst will provide the critical link between operational stakeholders and IT, translating business needs into clear system requirements, improving end-to-end workflow design, and ensuring data integrity across platforms. This role will streamline business systems processes, reduce manual work, minimize system errors, and ensure that technology investments deliver measurable improvements in accuracy, productivity, and compliance.
