IT Support Specialist/Tech Support Engineer

We are a local IT services provider specializing in computer network and software installation, maintenance, and ongoing support for small businesses throughout the Southwest Florida area. We are seeking a reliable, professional IT Support Specialist to join our team and deliver excellent technical service both remotely and at client sites.Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server environments
• Manage TCP/IP networking, switches, routers, and related network infrastructure
• Provide software installation, configuration, and support for common business applications
• Deliver remote support and perform onsite visits at client locations (approximately 50/50 split)
• Communicate clearly and professionally with business owners and staff
• Document work performed and maintain accurate service record

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server configuration and administration
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, switches, and routers
• Experience supporting general business software and desktop environments
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills for in-person client interactions
• Reliable personal transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)
• 2+ years of IT support experience in a corporate or small-business environment preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage a mix of remote and onsite work

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
