Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Kit Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing innovative and visually appealing kits that meet client specifications and brand standards. Your creativity and technical skills will help bring our clients’ visions to life through compelling design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and conceptualize kit designs based on client briefs, brand guidelines, and project requirements
- Create detailed sketches, digital mockups, and prototypes of kit components using design software
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are feasible for manufacturing and assembly
- Incorporate feedback from clients and team members to refine designs for final approval
- Maintain organized design files, documentation, and version control throughout the project lifecycle
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques to continuously enhance design quality
- Assist in preparing presentation materials to showcase design concepts to clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in product or kit design, preferably within apparel, accessories, or promotional items
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent tools
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and material properties relevant to kit production
- Excellent visual communication skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics
- Ability to interpret client briefs accurately and translate ideas into compelling visual concepts
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for innovation and continuous learning
