Graphic Designer – Signage & Vehicle Branding

Location: Ilford, East London
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000 – £36,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our growing team in Ilford, East London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in the signage industry and a passion for creating high-quality visual solutions.

You will be responsible for designing artwork for a wide range of signage, vehicle graphics, and branding projects while working closely with clients to deliver creative and practical design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design artwork for signs, vehicle wraps, van branding, window graphics, wall graphics, and other large-format print projects.
• Prepare accurate, print-ready artwork using Adobe Illustrator.
• Liaise directly with clients to understand their requirements and provide creative design solutions.
• Produce proofs and amend artwork in line with client feedback.
• Ensure all artwork meets production specifications and deadlines.
• Work closely with the production and installation teams to ensure projects run smoothly.

Essential Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (essential).
• Previous experience within the signage and large-format print industry.
• Experience designing car and van branding/wraps.
• Experience dealing directly with clients, both in person and over the phone/email.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while working to deadlines.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign.
• Experience operating Roland large-format printers.
• Knowledge and experience using Roland VersaWorks RIP software.
• Understanding of large-format print production, vinyl cutting, and signage materials.
• Experience preparing artwork for print, cutting, and installation.
