Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Remote

Salvo Health is looking for an experienced Lincensed Clinical Social Worker to play an integral role on our care team.

This role will work directly with patients virtually, offering personalized psychosocial support and counseling to patients to reduce symptoms and improve quality of life. The LCSW will empower patients with the knowledge and tools to make lasting behavioral changes that will improve clinical outcomes and overall wellness. You’ll serve as one of our patients’ primary success partners, with responsibilities including: addressing member health questions, providing relevant educational resources, and fostering positive member accountability.
