Logistic Operator

Roles and responsibilities, overseeing:

1. Incoming
   - Unloading from Truck using Forklift
   - Check quantity refers to Invoice and Packing List
   - Check visual on packaging damage
   - Good Receive in SAP POE- Document Filing
2. Production Planning and Inventory Control
   - Component and Supporting Material Supply and Recording
   - Prepare Daily Production in SAP and inform to Production Department
   - Perform monthly Inventory counting or when it requires
   - Maintain inventory layout
   - Maintain FIFO
   - SAP POE Troubleshooting if any error during GR, Production and GI process
   - Perform 5S
3. Delivery
   - Daily Order Download
   - Prepare and Print Delivery Note
   - Move pallet from Storage Location to Repacking area
   - Repacking from plastic box to carton box for AA order
   - Packing into pallets
   - Prepare audit check list
   - Wrapping and Strapping
   - Store in loading area
   - Good Issue in SAP POE
4. Internal Milkrun
   - Milkrun refer to define cycle time
   - Production Planning progress update
   - Kanban and Heijunka Board update
   - RM and FG Material Handling
   - Handling returnable empty box
   - Product Audit checklist
   - SAP POE Update
5. Material Handling Equipment (Forklift, Pallet Stacker, and Hand Trucks)
   - MHE Checklist before operating
   - MHE regular Maintenance
   - MHE charging
   - MHE cleaning
6. Application System
   - Microsoft Office
   - SAP POE
   - SAP PA5
   - Power BI
   - SkecthUp

1. High School Graduated with 1 - 2 years working experiences in Logistics
2. Fresh Graduated from Technical Engineering is welcome
3. Having 1-2 years experience in logistic operation
4. Basic English
5. Familiar in using SAP, Microsoft Office

Contract based for 1 year
