As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of materials across our logistics operations. You'll optimize logistics processes, maintain inventory accuracy, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support business growth.

Your roadmap to make an impact

• Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end logistics processes

• Develop and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for all logistics and material handling activities

• Implement best practices in packaging, labelling, tracking, and shipping documentation

• Manage the receipt of incoming goods and ensure efficient warehouse allocation

• Handle outgoing shipments, including packaging and labelling according to specifications

• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee regular stock checks

• Coordinate daily operations with freight forwarders, couriers, and logistics partners, both domestic and international

• Ensure customs requirements are being processed for material transfers outside Germany

• Manage logistic operations suppliers as required
