The Role
- Lead technical discovery and synthesise complex customer requirements for modular data centers
- Define physical, electrical, thermal, and logical interface boundaries
- Partner with Sales to generate technically rigorous conceptual layouts and power flow architectures
- Champion standardised product configurations and guide customers toward configure-to-order solutions
- Assess engineering risk and cost impact of custom features

Translate validated customer site requirements into rigorous design inputs for engineering teams
- 8+ years in a high-touch, customer-facing engineering role in critical power or modular data center infrastructure
- Proven experience negotiating complex engineering trade-offs with hyperscale or colocation providers
- History of converting customer site-specific designs into manufactured industrial products
- Holistic understanding of MV/LV power systems, thermal topologies, and integrated fire suppression
- Familiarity with SCADA, BMS, and EMS system integrations, including communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet, SNMP)

Proficiency in navigating and reviewing Revit, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks assemblies
