MS BI Technical Lead

• Experience Required : 6 Years to 8 Years
• Location : Chennai (Siruseri)
• Mode of work : Hybrid
• Shift Timing : UK Shift

Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience in SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS.

Good to Have: Experience in either of C#/.NET, ASP.NET, Web APIs, JDA, Azure DevOps, or Git.

1. 6–8 years of experience in Application/Production Support.
2. Expertise in SQL Server, Stored Procedures, Query Optimization, Performance Tuning, and Database Design.
3. Experience in developing, supporting, and optimizing SSIS packages and ETL processes.
4. Strong experience in L2/L3 production support, incident management, RCA, and SLA-based issue resolution.
5. Monitor application and database health to ensure high availability and performance.
6. Coordinate with business, development, and infrastructure teams for production support and deployments.
7. Should be willing to work in on-call support and rotational support, as required.
8. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
