Zone Manager

We are looking for a strategic leader to manage and optimize Order Control operations across multiple Business Units!

The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and improving overall business performance across the assigned zone.

As a key leader within the Order Control organization, you will oversee Business Unit Managers, optimize end-to-end ordering processes, reduce operational risks, and support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven management, digital transformation, and cross-functional collaboration.

The mission of the Order Control department is to secure and manage the end-to-end ordering process, minimize financial and cancellation risks, optimize operational performance, and ensure effective coordination between customers, purchasing teams, suppliers, and support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement Order Control strategies and performance plans for assigned Business Units

• Lead, coach, and support Business Unit Managers in achieving operational and business targets

• Monitor KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Integrate digital solutions and artificial intelligence opportunities into operational strategies

• Support workload optimization and resource allocation when needed

• Implement cost reduction initiatives and action plans

• Manage operational risks and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve order control performance

• Act as an interface with customers and internal teams on complex operational matters

• Participate in budget preparation and monitor financial performance.

• Fluent in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Availability and flexibility to travel for business purposes in support of business objective
