What You'll Do

  • Learn our optics manufacturing processes through hands-on, on-the-job training.

  • Inspect incoming glass and components to ensure they meet quality standards.

  • Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.

  • Examine mirrors for scratches, blemishes, and other surface imperfections.

  • Assist with the production and finishing of precision mirrors.

  • Learn to safely operate optics manufacturing equipment and tools.

  • Accurately complete inspection and production documentation.
