Skills and Requirements
- In depth knowledge of the hire-to-retire process, self-service applications, Journeys, and standard HR reports/dashboards
- Experience in Absence Management with UK Statutory and non-Statutory Absences and Payroll Interactions
- A strong understanding of, and have proven configuration skills in, both Global HR and Absence Management
- Experience from completing at least one full project life-cycle engagement in Oracle HCM delivering Oracle Global HR and Absence Management
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM including Redwood and VB Studio
- Strong configuration skills in org structures, workforce structures, security, and workflow
- Able to lead the customer through the implementation, guiding the other team members and taking responsibility for the delivery of the module
- Able to assist in pre-sales activities via demos and offering expert advice Able to evangelise for Namos by creating content for use in blogs, case studies and other material

- Experience of any of the following: HR Helpdesk, Talent Management, Compensation, Recruitment
- Experience in multi-country deployments and of workers with multiple assignments Oracle Cloud certification
