P&C Insurance Business Architect – Guidewire Practice Lead

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced P&C Insurance Business Architect with deep Guidewire expertise to lead insurance transformation programs and establish a market-leading Guidewire practice. This role combines strategic advisory, business architecture leadership, client engagement, and practice development responsibilities to drive client outcomes and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Solution Architecture

• Lead business architecture and operating model design for P&C insurance transformation initiatives.
• Define business capabilities, value streams, target operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
• Align Guidewire capabilities (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, Guidewire Cloud) with business objectives.
• Facilitate executive workshops and provide strategic advisory to business and technology leaders.
• Drive process transformation across underwriting, policy, claims, billing, and distribution functions.

Guidewire Leadership

• Serve as the organization's Guidewire business architecture subject matter expert.
• Support Guidewire implementation, modernization, and cloud transformation programs.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, solution architects, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Practice Development

• Build and grow the Guidewire consulting practice, including offerings, methodologies, accelerators, and go-to-market assets.
• Establish strategic relationships with Guidewire and key ecosystem partners.
• Develop thought leadership, industry points of view, and market-facing capabilities.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of insurance and Guidewire professionals.

Sales & Growth

• Support business development, proposals, RFPs, and executive client presentations.
• Identify and shape Guidewire transformation opportunities.
• Contribute to pipeline growth, revenue targets, and account expansion.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Expert proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter BA.
• Advanced proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• A minimum of 12 of experience in relevant related skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
