We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented CRM Administrator to join our team. If you’re organised, tech-savvy, and passionate about supporting team operations, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role:
As a CRM Administrator, you will play an important role in managing our CRM system, simPRO, and supporting various administrative and operational tasks. The specific responsibilities of this role can be tailored and agreed upon to align with your strengths and interests, with potential duties including social media management, CRM management, and vehicle fleet management (MOTs, services, etc.). This role is part time (3 days a week).
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and updating our CRM and job management systems.
- Scheduling engineers and subcontractors across multiple projects.
- Ordering materials and liaising with suppliers.
- Processing job cards, worksheets, and completion documentation.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all administration is up to date.
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, providing updates and responding to enquiries.
- Supporting the team with quotations, reports, and general office administration.
- Assisting with the coordination of works across air conditioning, plumbing, joinery, flooring, and other maintenance services.
- Working with managers to ensure jobs are delivered on time and to a high standard.
About You:
We’re looking for someone with:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicating with clients, suppliers, and engineers.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Experienced using CRM or job management software (preferred but not essential).
- A proactive problem solver with a positive attitude.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Previous administration or scheduling experience within facilities management, construction, maintenance, or a trade-related industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
