We're looking for a talented, highly creative Graphic Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across a variety of projects, can shift between brands with ease, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Position Overview

As our Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in bringing client brands to life through thoughtful, polished creative. One day you may be developing a new brand identity for a commercial real estate company, and the next you may be designing a pitch deck, editing a social media video, or creating graphics for a national brokerage firm's thought leadership campaign.

We're looking for someone who combines strong design fundamentals with strategic thinking and takes pride in producing work that is both visually compelling and business-focused.

Responsibilities

• Design presentations, proposals, and new business pitch decks
• Create compelling case studies, marketing collateral, and client-facing materials
• Develop social media graphics/templates, carousels, animations, and short-form videos
• Establish and evolve visual identities for new and existing clients
• Create brand guidelines, typography systems, and color palettes
• Produce graphics for blogs, newsletters, websites, and email marketing
• Collaborate with our account team to translate ideas into engaging creative
• Ensure all work aligns with client brand standards while elevating overall design quality
• Stay current on design trends, social media best practices, and emerging creative tools
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an agency or marketing environment
• Portfolio showcasing branding, presentation design, digital marketing, and social media creative
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Canva
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, and brand systems
• Experience creating motion graphics and editing short-form video content
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team

Position Details
