WHY BOX NEEDS YOU?

We are looking for a high-energy, bright individual to help support the EMEA payroll process.  This role will be the point of contact for employees’ service desk tickets and inquiries, reconcile and analyse payroll data in line with established procedures and payroll compliance.  We’re looking for and enthusiastic, detail orientated and organised individual with proven success in work experience and education, a game-changer who will take charge of our payroll processing timely and accurately, follow audit steps and controls, reliable and a key support role for the payroll team. WHAT YOU'LL DO 

 

  • Support in collecting and preparing monthly International payroll inputs for the assigned area of responsibility, ensuring compliance with contractual and statutory obligations.

  • Support relationships with global payroll providers by helping ensure the accuracy and timely receipt of payroll reports.

  • Collect and validate all required new starter documentation, payroll tax forms, and bank details.

  • Liaise with the People Operations team to ensure all inputs for contractual changes and variable payroll inputs are confirmed.

  • Use Workday and other sources to prepare monthly payroll for submission to the external Payroll Provider.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.

  • Support the International Payroll team with various ad-hoc and year-end activities.

  • Liaise with internal People Ops, Benefits, Commissions, and Equity teams and maintain good relationships.

  • Enter payment data into the bank for approval.

  • Coordinate providing Employees with documents requested via service desk ticket.

 

 

WHO YOU ARE

  • English and Polish speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Good proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP’s, Pivots)

  • Excellent organization and time-management skills

  • Being attentive to details and respect confidential information

  • Being proactive and having good communication skills

  • Team-player who can also work independently

 

Nice to have:

Polish Payroll Experience

Experience working for a Global/International Company

Knowledge of Polish legislations (Tax law etc)

 

Percentage of Time Spent:

  • 40% Payroll Input Preparation - data gathering for submission to CloudPay

  • 35% Payroll Analytics preparation and review of reports post payroll processing ready for approval 

  • 10% Responding to employee queries 

  • 5% Month end tasks

Projects:

  • 10% Ad-hocs
