ASRC Federal Cyber, LLC is seeking an experienced SharePoint Solutions Architect & Training Modernization Specialist to lead Naval Information Warfare Development Command (NIWDC) IO Mission Area Directorate (MAD) NIWAWS WTI modernization efforts across information architecture, courseware, and data workflows.
The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain high-performing SharePoint environments while ensuring robust data management, security, and integration. Crucially, this role bridges technical platform development with Information Warfare (IW) training support—transforming manual processes, tracking metrics for senior leadership, and updating advanced Navy courseware.

SharePoint Design & Administration
- Design, develop, and administer the Naval Information Warfare Tactics Instructor SharePoint site with an intuitive, user-friendly UI.• Build learner assessment tools to capture feedback, lessons learned, and actionable recommendations from students and instructional staff.
- Partner with co-workers, Mission Area Training Leads (MATLs), and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to establish training objectives.• Participate in weekly staff planning meetings, workshops, and conferences to review materials and coordinate updates.
- Collate and analyze metric data to deliver actionable insights to Flag-level and Senior Executive leadership in support of cost-benefit analyses and WTI employment viability.
- Create, refine, and standardize Information Warfare (IW) training courseware for WTI and Fleet initiatives.• Update materials to reflect new concepts and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), and author comprehensive manuals.
- Prepare and maintain Project Objectives and Milestones (POA&M) plans to track training material updates and integration schedules.
- Experience: Must have eight (8) to ten (10) years of experience working with SharePoint database and apparatus. SharePoint certifications not a requirement; however, would enhance employee’s hiring chances.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 4+ additional years of relevant work experience.
- Security Clearance: Active DoD Top Secret/SCI preferred. Must have at least an active DoD Secret clearance with Top Secret/SCI upgrade eligibility or active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Candidates without a minimum of a Secret clearance will not be considered.
- Domain Experience: Preferred background (but not required) in Information Warfare (IW) experience and Navy Training support.
- Instructional Design: Proven expertise in training courseware development and transitioning Navy doctrine and TTPs into actionable training materials.
- Technical Proficiency: Exceptional skills across the Microsoft Office 365 Suite, heavily leveraging SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Power Platform (Power Apps/Automate/BI).
- Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills to effectively brief senior leadership, coordinate with technical experts, and produce high-quality documentation.
- Experience & Process Modernization: Hands-on experience in SharePoint architecture, design, and administration, with a proven track record of migrating manual, spreadsheet-heavy workflows into automated systems
