InDesign Print Shop Associate

Wylie Funeral Homes is growing our staff! We are seeking a full-time Print Shop Associate to support the production of funeral programs (obituaries), digital slideshows including AI, and other printed materials. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, dependable team player who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, produce, print, and assemble funeral programs and related materials
• Assist with program design and layout using Microsoft Office, Publisher, Canva, InDesign, Adobe and Google Docs.
• Maintain sample books, print supplies, and inventory
• Order supplies as needed
• Assist with memorial slideshow production and basic editing
• Perform data entry and database updates
• Support daily print shop operations

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, InDesign, Adobe and Google Docs.
• Familiarity with Firey print driver
• Strong typing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet critical deadlines
• Team-oriented and comfortable working in a funeral home setting

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
