In this dynamic role, you will be the primary guardian of the artwork pipeline, ensuring every project is delivered to specification, on time, in full, and within budget. You will foster close collaboration across internal stakeholders and ourAgency Village, establishing seamless processes, managing training, and guiding functional delivery to champion our world-class brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Management: Take ultimate ownership of artwork deliverables, ensuring all printed and digital outputs are complete, fit for purpose, and deliver clear value to the business. You will drive agency selection, support Project Leads with scoping and briefing, and provide stakeholders with performance insights and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Training Documentation: Build the foundation for delivery excellence by developing clear process documentation. You will lead theTraining Journey for Mars Associates and external Agency partners, managing our training portal and supporting document hub.
- Relationship Escalation Management: Act as the first point of contact and primary escalation path for internal stakeholders and agency partners, offering process clarification, advising on execution strategy, and driving partner accountability.
- Functional Team Leadership: Functionally lead the Artwork Deployment (ADE) team of retained resources, optimizing workload distribution, ensuring process alignment, and keeping project timelines on track.
- Performance Metrics: Actively monitor, report, and drive continuous improvement on critical success metrics, including project iterations, overall duration, on-time delivery, and spend.
- Proven experience in packaging artwork management, production coordination, graphic design operations, or creative project management, ideally within an FMCG, retail, or fast-paced consumer goods environment.
- Strong capability in managing agency ecosystems, coordinating diverse creative partners (Agency Village), and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills with a demonstrated ability to translate complex technical specs and execution strategies into clear instructions.
- Enthusiasm for onboarding and training others, with experience developing process documentation, user guides, or online training portals.
- Exceptional organizational skills, comfortable managing multiple high-priority deliverables simultaneously under pressure.
