What We're Looking For
2–4 years of product design experience, with meaningful time spent on B2B tools, seller or operator-facing products, dashboards, or complex workflow design
Proficiency in Figma and AI tools to design, iterate, and prototype products that can be used to communicate effectively with product and engineering partners
A proactive self-starter who takes initiative, engages with product partners early and often, drives alignment, and keeps work moving forward
Excellent communication and organization skills with the ability to balance and manage multiple projects and priorities at once
Strong systems thinker—you naturally look for patterns, reusable components, and structural solutions rather than one-off fixes
Hands-on experience contributing to or working within a design system
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly as project direction evolves
Great attention to detail and a strong eye for visual craft, such as composition, typography, and layout
Collaborative, low-ego working style with a growth mindset; passion for ongoing learning, experimentation, and contributing to team culture
Bachelor's degree in design, a related field, or equivalent experience
Nice to Have
Familiarity with marketplace products, auction dynamics, or industry leading e-commerce shopping experiences, particularly seller facing software and tools
Experience designing for both mobile and web surfaces
Exposure to accessibility standards and responsive design patterns
Habit of exploring new tools and ways of working, and sharing findings with the team
Auction Technology Group is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $115,000 to $125,000.
