Join our Product Strategy & Operations team as a Product Enablement Manager, where you'll lead initiatives that simplify our product portfolio, improve operational efficiency, and create better customer outcomes. You'll work cross-functionally to deliver scalable solutions that support growth and long-term success.

Role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.

What You’ll Do | Your day to day will consist of:
Own the bundling strategy and roadmap across Mobile, Secure Networking, and Contact Centre solutions.
Drive product simplification by reducing complexity and creating scalable, standardised offers.
Partner across product teams to deliver commercially aligned and operationally ready solutions.
Enable sales and customer-facing teams with the tools and support needed to sell bundled solutions.
Monitor customer needs, market trends, and competitors to keep propositions relevant and differentiated.

Proven experience working across multiple teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of turning strategy into tangible business outcomes.
The ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
A customer-first mindset with a passion for creating simple, scalable solutions.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage and influence at all levels of the business.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven approach to getting things done.
