Your mission

In this role, you would work alongside the technical lead manager as part of a dual leadership team to drive product development from a business perspective and take on related responsibilities in an agile product development environment.

In the team you will be the central point of product management, organization and the interface to partners, suppliers and other external stakeholders. You will translate business requirements in product features and milestones in alignment with your technical co-manager. Furthermore you will ensure that activities progress smoothly across other internal product teams and will identify collaboration potential regarding to product development.

Working in a technical environment, you will facilitate communication, track progress, and support the preparation of key milestones such as integrations, tests, and demonstrations. Your role is to ensure that topics are followed through, priorities remain clear, and deliverables are aligned.


Responsibilities in Project Management:
  • Conduct hardware and component research (f.e. sensors, cameras, robotics parts)
  • Building valuable relationship to key partners and suppliers, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, and expectations
  • Drive international demos and tests including planning, organization, import and export of our products, customer support and feedback management
  • Provide project management support in daily team activities (planning, follow-ups, documentation)
  • Prepare and document meetings, decisions, and action items

Responsibilities in Product Management:
  • Define long-term product vision for various specific customer use cases
  • Set-up, prioritize and control product roadmap in an agile framework
  • Progress tracking and reporting
  • Requirements, risk and dependency engineering
  • Facilitate communication between engineering teams and external partners

Your profile

Background

  • 5–7 years of experience in technical product and project management, operations in deep tech environments
  • Degree in electrical, mechanical engineering or computer science with focus on robotics or a related field with exposure to soft- and hardware projects
  • Strong experience in developing product to MVP, market readiness and beyond
  • Experience in the following areas is highly desirable: autonomous systems, AI, defense industry

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and topics in parallel
  • Analytical and structured approach to work
  • Comfortable working under uncertainty in a technical environment and interacting with engineers and customers
  • Ability to understand high-level technical topics (no deep expertise required)
