About the role

Product Manager

$180,000 – $220,000 + Equity + Benefits + Relocation

San Francisco, CA – On-site

Are you a product-minded builder looking to join a very promising startup in an environment with little bureaucracy and fast iteration? Do you want to help build the core engine of an AI assistant that is genuinely changing how people manage their working lives?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing Series B AI startup backed by top-tier investors. The team is building the world's most powerful AI executive assistant — a proactive, iMessage-native assistant that manages inboxes, preps meetings, handles scheduling, and takes action across email, calendar, Slack, and 100+ other tools before users even have to ask.

As part of a small, high-caliber team, you'll take ownership of major product areas end-to-end - from identifying what to build, through shipping, to measuring whether it worked. The team runs lean by design, which means you'll move fast, ship often, and feel the direct impact of your work on real users. You'll collaborate closely with the founder, engineering, design, and GTM teams, and grow quickly in an environment that combines high expectations with high trust.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role perfect for product leaders who possess a unique blend of analytical depth, product instinct, and a bias toward shipping.

The Role

  • Own your areas end to end: discovery, specs, prioritization, execution, launch, iteration
  • Analyze data, user conversations, and session recordings to find problems worth solving
  • Build dashboards and decision-making frameworks
  • Write specs, ship, measure, iterate on what works
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and GTM on launches
  • In-office 4+ days/week in San Francisco

The Person

  • 4+ years in product management, ideally on productivity/knowledge-work products
  • Strong product sense, can turn fuzzy problems into clear specs
  • Thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, resourceful
  • Highly organized; keeps initiatives on track and stakeholders informed
  • Bonus: high-growth startup, AI/ML, or usage-based pricing experience; B2B collaboration or prosumer productivity tools a plus
