Product Mapping Associate (E - Commerce)

Main responsibilities

• Review platform data to identify discrepancies or issues across the platform
• Conduct efficient searches and comparisons between active and available data sets
• Perform detailed audits of both small and large volumes of platform data
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity across all online platforms
• Support data entry processes and resolve mismatches in a timely manner
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure content updates are delivered on schedule
• Monitor the website for issues and report problems to the appropriate team
• Follow timelines and deadlines for assigned tasks and projects
• Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all assigned tasks

Requirements

• Experience using the Internet and strong computer skills
• Familiarity with online shopping and e-commerce platforms
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer and technical knowledge
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
• Experience with Excel and Word
