Production Excellence Coordinator (m/f/d) | 2-Year Fixed-Term Contract

• Facilitate internal communications among departments, aligning teams with leadership goals.
• Track and follow up on cross-department tasks, ensuring smooth information flow.
• Coordinate production improvement and continuous improvement projects.
• Monitor KPIs and support production data analysis.
• Track project actions and follow up on implementation progress.
• Organize meetings, prepare reports, and support daily operational activities.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Operations Manager.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Fluent Chinese (Mandarin), German, and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Maintain an optimistic, open, collaborative attitude, fostering a positive culture.
