Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Analyst to support our Project Management team in the financing, marketing, and ongoing management of real estate development projects.
This role combines project finance, real estate development, investor relations, and cross-border business coordination. The Project Analyst will work closely with project managers, lending partners, developers, marketing partners, and broker-dealers to support fundraising efforts and monitor project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Analysis: Analyze the feasibility, capital structure, construction budget, and financial performance of prospective real estate development projects seeking EB-5 financing.
- Marketing Materials: Prepare project pitch decks, investment summaries, FAQs, and other marketing materials.
- Project Monitoring: Track construction progress, project spending, financing milestones, and job creation.
- Fundraising Support: Support fundraising efforts by communicating project updates to partners, responding to project-related inquiries, and coordinating the timely delivery of project information and materials.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and interpretation of project performance metrics.
- Experience with research and market analysis, including the ability to gather, evaluate, and synthesize information from multiple sources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools; familiarity with data visualization or business intelligence tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports, presentations, and documentation for diverse audiences.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, data analytics, or a related field; relevant internship or professional experience in project analysis or investment-related roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of EB-5 program fundamentals, commercial real estate, or economic development projects is beneficial but not required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, Accounting, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience in finance, real estate, consulting, banking, or EB-5 project management
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Salary starting at $70,500 annually
Pay: $70,500.00 - $72,000.00 per year
