I am willing to train the right person but must have worked in this type of trade for awhile to know metals etc. I will also help to teach you to estimate projects as well.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. In this vital role, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring all phases align with client specifications, safety standards, and budget parameters. Your expertise will drive project success by managing resources, schedules, and teams effectively while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and development of construction projects, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met throughout all phases.
  • I may train you to estimate projects as well and do field dimensions depending on the project.
  • Oversee construction activities to guarantee adherence to blueprints, schematics, contracts, and safety protocols while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in project coordination on commercial or civil sites.
  • Solid understanding of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction site operations.
  • Experience with contracts administration and construction estimating processes.
  • Knowledge of project scheduling techniques and construction management best practices.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately; familiarity with heavy civil or infrastructure projects is a plus.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Relevant certifications such as OSHA safety certification or PMP (Project Management Professional) are advantageous but not mandatory.   • Having experience with structural steel and miscellaneous metals is a must. Preferably doing stairs and platforms.
