QA Engineer (Manual + Automation)

Main responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test cases for web applications and APIs.
• Perform manual functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
• Create and maintain test cases and testing documentation.
• Identify, report, and verify software defects.
• Execute regression testing before production releases.
• Support release validation and production deployments.
• Work closely with developers, Product Owners, and other team members to ensure product quality.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to improving the QA process and increasing automation coverage where appropriate.

Requirements

• Around 2 years of experience in Software QA, including both manual and automation testing.
• Experience with JavaScript-based automation frameworks such as Playwright or Cypress.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript.
• Understanding of REST APIs and experience testing APIs using tools such as Postman.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JSON, and XML.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD concepts.
• Basic understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• English level sufficient to work in an international team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with GitHub Actions.
• Basic knowledge of AWS.
• Experience working on eCommerce or Retail projects.
