About the role

Your contribution to something big:

  • Develop, validate, and test electronic hardware for innovative eBike applications, ensuring high-quality and reliable products;
  • Perform functional verification and characterization of printed circuit boards (PCBs);
  • Conduct hands-on laboratory activities using oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, climatic chambers, and soldering/rework equipment;
  • Analyse analogue and digital signals, electronic circuits, and communication interfaces such as SPI, I2C, and CAN to identify and resolve technical issues;
  • Create, maintain, and continuously improve test setups, supporting test automation and data acquisition systems;
  • Develop and optimize automated test solutions using tools such as LabVIEW and Python for automation, data acquisition, and post-processing;
  • Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to support product validation and continuous improvement;
  • Document validation activities, prepare technical reports, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary R&D teams throughout the development process.

What distinguishes you:

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

Experience

  • Experience in electronic hardware validation, testing, or development;
  • Experience working with PCB validation and laboratory measurements;
  • Experience with electronic debugging and test automation is an advantage.

Know-how

  • Knowledge of analogue and digital electronics;
  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, climatic chambers, and soldering/rework tools;
  • Knowledge of communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, and CAN;
  • Experience with LabVIEW and Python for test automation and data analysis;
  • Understanding of electronic troubleshooting and root-cause analysis methodologies.

Languages

  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.

  • Structured, analytical, and quality-oriented approach;
  • Comfortable working in laboratory environments and documenting technical results;
  • Continuous improvement mindset with an interest in automation and efficient testing methods.
