Working under the guidance of our Lead Designer, you'll create eye-catching, user-friendly websites in Divi for businesses of all sizes and industries while helping bring creative concepts to life.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Have:

• Extensive web design experience with both Divi and WordPress
• Competent with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign XD)
• A web-based portfolio, showing stellar examples of Divi websites (bonus points if your portfolio is designed with Divi)
• Clear understanding of marketing concepts and strategy
• Utilizing mockups (Wireframes, Photoshop files) to create layouts with Divi, adapting designs for web and mobile experience.
• User experience and conversions in mind when you design
• A collaborative, can-do attitude and self-starter mindset
• Understanding of SEO and ADA compliance as they relate to design

As Part of the Team, You’ll Take Pride In:

• Communicating clearly, professionally, and promptly with project lead
• Being proactive in providing solutions
• Giving and taking feedback respectfully
• Independently working on multiple projects and tight deadlines from start to finish
• Consistently collaborating with and providing updates on projects and eventually communicating through a project management system (we’ll train you!)

You Are Also:

• Available when needed to complete projects (likely 2-3 day turnarounds) and potentially urgent projects with a 1-2 day turnaround.
• Fluent in English
• Experienced with Microsoft Office Software and Google Suite
• Interested in the design industry and keep up-to-date with trends

These Aren’t Required, But It’s a Plus If You:

• Understand and can make basic code adjustments using CSS/HTML
• Are experienced with Mailchimp/Constant Contact (designing, managing and deploying)
• Have print design experience and know-how
