About The Role

We are seeking talented mobile developers to join GrabJobs in building and enhancing our innovative AI-powered recruitment application. This role involves developing high-quality, reliable, and user-friendly mobile experiences across Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating impactful mobile solutions that streamline the hiring process, improve user engagement, and deliver exceptional usability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, backend, product management, and AI specialists to bring features from concept to deployment. Qualifications

• Proven experience in mobile app development for Android, iOS, or both, with a portfolio of shipped applications used by real users.

• Deep understanding of mobile UX principles, performance optimization, and edge case handling.
• Experience working with APIs, debugging, and resolving production issues efficiently.

• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a remote, multicultural team.

• Create seamless onboarding flows, account management, payment integrations, job applications, and other core functionalities.
• Collaborate with backend, design, product, and AI teams to define requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver reliable features.
• Implement best practices for mobile UX, including performance tuning, crash prevention, and responsiveness.
• Utilize analytics, crash reports, and user feedback to continuously improve app stability, speed, and usability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to uphold high-quality standards.
