Rewards Senior Analyst

The Rewards Senior Analyst drives the delivery and governance of the organization's rewards programs, ensuring competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation practices. The role is responsible for bonus calculations, offer management, market benchmarking, preparation of reward proposals for governance bodies, support for EU Pay Transparency initiatives, and the ongoing review of remuneration policies and reward frameworks.

> Calculate and validate annual bonus and incentive payouts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with approved reward frameworks.
> Support annual reward cycles, including salary reviews, incentive planning, and compensation analysis.
> Manage compensation-related offer approvals and recommendations for hires, promotions, transfers, and retention cases.
> Conduct market benchmarking and analyze external trends to maintain competitive pay practices.
> Prepare reward proposals, business cases, and supporting materials for governance and approval bodies.
> Produce people cost analyses, forecasts, and reward-related reporting to support business decision-making.
> Support the design and implementation of EU Pay Transparency requirements, including pay equity analysis and regulatory compliance.
> Review and update remuneration policies, reward processes, and governance documentation while driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

> Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
> Master’s Degree in related fields desired

> 3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, HR Analytics, People Cost, HR Consulting or a related field

> Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques
> Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis techniques
> Experience using compensation benchmarking and market survey platforms (e.g., Korn Ferry, Mercer, WTW)
> Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills
> PowerBI knowledge is a plus
