Sample Management Expert with German

Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:

• You will offer support to the Project Manager in pre-order phase (forecast updates, clarification of technical content etc.);
• You will receive and process sample orders from the customer;
• You will confirm the technical definition with the Project Manager;
• You will ensure that the customer requirement of each order is transmitted to the Plant;
• You will inform the customer about the planned delivery dates;
• You will distribute the sample delivery plan to customer and internally after each meeting with the Project Manager;
• You will ensure and follow customer communication;
• You will ensure and follow internal communication with Plant

Who you are:

• You have a Bachelor's degree;
• You have at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, order management, procurement, accounting, or other similar fields of activity;
• You have knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level;
• You have experience working with order management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
