Scrum Master

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Scrum Master based in Ireland.

Join a technology-driven environment where you'll help multiple Agile teams improve collaboration, delivery, and continuous improvement practices. In this role, you'll support 3–5 cross-functional Scrum and Kanban teams, helping them become more autonomous, efficient, and aligned with business goals. You'll facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams and stakeholders, and use data-driven insights to improve delivery flow, quality, and team health. Working closely with Product Owners, technical leaders, and Agile practitioners, you'll help shape modern development processes and scale Agile practices across the organization.
