Job Description:
Join a global Identity & Access Management (IAM) Transformation and help build the next generation of secure digital identity services at enterprise scale.
We are looking for a Security Engineer with strong experience in IAM, Zero Trust, cloud security, and modern security engineering practices to help design, implement, and secure the IDAM 2.0 platform. This is a unique opportunity to work on a large-scale, multi-year transformation program that will redefine how identity is managed across human, workload, and machine identities.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and implement security controls across the IDAM 2.0 platform
- Embed Secure by Design principles throughout solution delivery
- Implement and maintain Zero Trust security controls
- Secure authentication, authorisation, and service-to-service communication
- Implement mTLS, PKI, certificate lifecycle management, and secrets management
- Support Workload Identity, Human Identity, and Agent Identity controls
- Build and maintain Policy-as-Code using OPA and related technologies
- Perform threat modelling, security reviews, and risk assessments
- Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities
- Support vulnerability management and security patching
- Implement security controls across GCP, Kubernetes, APIs, and service mesh
- Configure security monitoring, logging, alerting, and audit capabilities
- Contribute to DevSecOps tooling and automated security testing
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, security operations, and business stakeholders
- Produce security standards, hardening guides, and operational documentation
