We're OTOT Technologies, a technology consulting firm based in the Washington, DC area. We help Federal agencies modernize mission-critical systems through automation, AI, software engineering, and quality assurance. As our work continues to grow, we're looking for a Selenium Automation Developer who can build scalable automated testing solutions and help deliver reliable, high-quality software for our clients.

As our Selenium Automation Developer, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium WebDriver
• Create automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test scripts
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and testers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage
• Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and troubleshoot defects
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery
• Document test cases, automation frameworks, and testing results
• Identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency through automation and best practices
• Support manual testing efforts when needed for new functionality or exploratory testing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of professional experience in software testing or test automation
• 4+ years of experience developing automated tests using Selenium WebDriver
• Strong experience with Java, C#, or Python
• Experience using testing frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or NUnit
• Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman or REST Assured
• Experience with Git or other source control systems
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience testing web-based enterprise applications
• Experience with performance or load testing tools
• Experience with SQL and database validation
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• Experience supporting Federal Government clients
