Job Summary

AI/ML Analyst responsible for analyzing data, building machine learning models, and delivering actionable insights to support business and technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze structured and unstructured data to extract meaningful insights
Develop, train, and validate machine learning models
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization
Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
Work with cross-functional teams (Data Engineering, Business, IT)
Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders
Monitor model performance and ensure continuous improvement
Document processes, models, and analytical findings

Skill Requirements

Strong knowledge of Python/R and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Experience with data analysis and visualization (Pandas, NumPy, Power BI/Tableau)
Understanding of machine learning techniques (regression, classification, clustering)
Knowledge of SQL and database management
Experience in data cleaning and feature engineering
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP

Experience with AI/ML pipelines and deployment
Knowledge of NLP, Deep Learning, or GenAI concepts
Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
Experience working in Agile environments
Domain experience in healthcare/finance (if client-specific

Other Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
3–7 years of experience in AI/ML or data analytics roles
