Senior Brand Media Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Senior Brand Media Specialist to join the Marketing team. This role will be responsible for driving brand awareness and engagement for our brands through Branding campaigns.

The successful candidate will support the planning and execution of large-scale, brand-building campaigns across digital platforms. This role involves defining overall online branding strategy, fostering best practice across regions, as well as executing and analyzing campaigns.

Your mission:

• Lead the global media planning and buying for our brand across all media channels (ATL, Online Branding, Influencers)

• Analyze performance, consolidate learnings and present results to key decision makers to help shape media strategy

• Engage with local, regional and global Marketing teams to conduct deep dives & translate results into actionable recommendations

• Work closely with other internal departments and drive marketing strategy for our brands. This includes cross-functional projects on topics like creative & content strategy, pricing, subscription models or cross-channel measurement

• You ideally have 6+ relevant experience in Marketing and/or Media Buying & Planning

• Experience in FMCG, Tech and/or agency is a big plus

• You are analytical, logical thinking and have advanced knowledge ROI measurement

• You are a strategic problem solver who can define and assess challenges, and communicate back to stakeholder in a clear and concise way

• You have high interest and experience in leading cross-functional projects

• Your self-organization keep you always on top of your tasks

• You are a hands-on team player with good relationship building skills

• Excited to learn and try out new things

• Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
